Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the operator of ListYourSite. They apply whenever you access the service, submit or support a website, make a payment, or otherwise use ListYourSite. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Site Rules.

If you use ListYourSite for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information and be authorized to submit, promote, or fund the relevant website.
• You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so or if we previously suspended you for misuse.

What ListYourSite provides

ListYourSite is a paid website-discovery directory. Eligible websites appear on a country map and are ranked using cumulative payments successfully verified by our payment provider. A payment purchases listing and ranking consideration; it is not an investment, donation, ownership interest, advertising guarantee, or promise of traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, or any particular ranking duration.

Rankings can change whenever another user contributes, a payment is reversed, a listing is moderated, or the service corrects an error. Features, presentation, ranking mechanics, and availability may change over time.

Listings and your content

You retain ownership of content and branding you submit. You grant ListYourSite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and link to that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the directory. This license ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backups, legal records, and prior promotional materials.

• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, and continued availability of your website and submitted information.
• You confirm that your submission does not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other rights.
• We may normalize URLs, names, logos, countries, or formatting without changing their intended meaning.
• We may reject, suspend, hide, or remove content under the Site Rules, legal obligations, payment reversals, or reasonable safety concerns.

Prices, taxes, and payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Your payment currency, exchange rate, taxes, processing options, and final amount may vary by location and are displayed by Dodo Payments at checkout. You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount you approve. ListYourSite does not receive or store complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials.

• Only successfully verified payments are credited to rankings.
• Displayed currency conversions may be estimates; the checkout total is controlling.
• You are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion, internet, or similar third-party charges.
• Invoices, receipts, tax collection, payment processing, and refunds may be administered by Dodo Payments as merchant of record or payment provider, as shown at checkout.

Refunds, cancellations, and reversals

The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these terms. Because a verified payment can immediately affect a public ranking, completed digital listing services are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable except where the Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, we may remove its ranking credit, recalculate affected rankings, suspend the listing, and recover amounts reasonably owed to us.

Acceptable use

• Follow the Site Rules and all applicable laws.
• Do not submit illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or abusive websites.
• Do not manipulate rankings, clicks, visitors, payments, reviews, or technical systems.
• Do not scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malware, bypass security, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with the service.
• Do not impersonate others, misuse payment instruments, or submit information you are not entitled to use.

Third-party websites and services

Listings link to independent third-party websites. ListYourSite does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, statements, or privacy practices. Review a third party’s own terms before interacting or transacting with it. The service also depends on providers such as Dodo Payments, Supabase, Upstash, and hosting or network providers, whose outages or rules may affect availability.

Intellectual property and reports

The ListYourSite name, interface, software, design, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, report the URL, identify the protected work, explain the claimed infringement, provide your contact details, and confirm that your report is accurate and authorized.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using ListYourSite at any time. We may restrict or terminate access, remove a listing, or withhold unverified ranking credit when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, address fraud or security risk, protect users or third parties, or preserve service integrity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, dispute, and record-retention provisions—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListYourSite is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, error-free rankings, fitness for a particular purpose, or results from a listing. We do not verify every claim made by a listed website. Statutory warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListYourSite and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid through ListYourSite during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or product changes. The revised version applies from the “Last updated” date; material changes may receive additional notice where required. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to provide a written description of the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, except where urgent relief or mandatory law applies.

The governing law, legal venue, operator identity, and business address must be stated by the operator based on its actual place of establishment. Mandatory rights and forums available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
