Who may participate

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to promote the submitted website. By submitting or funding a listing, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you accept these rules.

Eligible websites

A submitted website must be live, publicly reachable, functional, and meaningfully connected to the selected country.

• Use the canonical website URL and a clear, truthful name.
• Select the country representing the business, organization, primary audience, or principal operation.
• Maintain a safe landing page that matches the listing and works on modern browsers.
• Only use branding, logos, and content you own or are authorized to use.

Prohibited listings

• Illegal goods, services, activity, or content that facilitates wrongdoing.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive redirects, or unwanted downloads.
• Fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, pyramid schemes, or manipulated reviews.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content involving minors.
• Hate, harassment, credible threats, extremist recruitment, or targeted abuse.
• Sale of regulated goods without required authorization, including weapons or controlled substances.
• Infringing, counterfeit, or privacy-invasive content.
• Pages created mainly to evade review, duplicate another listing, or manipulate rankings.

Bids, payments, and ranking

• Only successfully verified payments increase a website’s cumulative bid.
• Listings within each country are ordered by cumulative verified bid, highest first.
• Additional payments normally add to an existing website total rather than creating a duplicate listing.
• Checkout availability, currencies, taxes, fees, and payment methods may depend on the payment provider and your location.
• A payment does not guarantee permanent placement, traffic, clicks, sales, or business results.

Refunds and disputes

Payments purchase digital listing and ranking consideration and are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Completed payments are generally final once credited, except for eligible processing errors, undelivered service, unauthorized payments, or circumstances where applicable law requires a refund. A refund, chargeback, unauthorized payment, or reversal will remove the corresponding ranking credit and may result in listing suspension when fraud or abuse is involved.

Fair-use analytics

Do not automate, purchase, exchange, or otherwise manipulate visitors or outbound clicks. We may filter suspicious activity, correct metrics, rate-limit requests, or suspend access. Analytics are approximate operational indicators, not audited measurements.

Review and moderation

We may review, reject, edit for formatting, hide, reroute, or remove a listing that violates these rules, creates legal or security risk, harms users, or degrades the directory. We may request evidence of ownership, authorization, location, licensing, or website legitimacy.

Availability and changes

Rankings and features may update with a delay and can change due to corrections, reversals, moderation, outages, or product updates. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service and update these rules. Continued use after an update means the revised rules apply.

Enforcement and reporting
